The Doorway to Source

The onset of autumn is a time of equal day and night, a dual expression of opposites. During this season of harvesting and dying back, nature’s lesson is to let go, to cooperate with a cycle of falling away which enriches the dark and deep on behalf of new life to come.

Yet in our human nature, most of us struggle with the simple act of letting go. We cling vehemently to what is outworn or even harmful to us, even as we intuitively sense relinquishing control is vital to life.

This segment explores the counter-intuitive key to the process of dying and letting go: being bound to the survival instinct, and its dual allies, resistance and persistence!
