Solo Retreats

Are you longing for solo, soulful time with yourself and nature? Do you crave an affordable healing getaway nearby if you live locally? Or one which can be added to an Airbnb room stay in our main house if you live at a distance? Are you ready to be inspired by beauty, birdsong, and a building crafted as a powerful sacred space for inner listening?

The Living Source Sanctuary is available year-round for self-directed, full, half-day and evening retreats for individuals seeking respite from our busy world and fast-paced habits.

Delve into our treasure chest of tools for reflection, exploration and contemplation. Sit in quiet facing our wall of windows that look to High Rock Ridge and the CT Blue Trail which connects to Sleeping Giant State Park. Meditate with our large quartz crystal sphere and color lightbox, programmed for chakra balancing, journeying and more. Treat your mind and body to deep rest. Create your own experience or use our written and audio guides to focus on a particular theme for your retreat. We look forward to having you with us!

Treat your body to a rest on our infrared medical grade amethyst and tourmaline Biomat designed to reduce pain and inflammation and promote deep relaxation and wellness.
